4 bolts that hold the compressor of the air conditioner must be removed, lift the air conditioner compressor and set it aside (I do not remember compulsory disconnecting anything about it besides the electrical connector). It is best to unplug all the power steering lines before removing the bolts that hold the compressor C / bracket power steering pump to the block. This is a fairly easy job ahead and right.

Will a CPU of 1066 fsb run on a motherboard that has a bus speed of only 800mhz?
Aug 10, 2007 by jason | Posted in Desktops
I'm planning on buying a new CPU in order to upgrade from my Intel Core2Duo e4300 (1.8 Ghz) which runs at 800mhz FSB.
But the new CPU (intel 6600) says that it runs at 1066 FSB and my motherboard only runs up to 800Mhz.
Will it be able to run on my motherboard? (I don't mind if the 800mhz fsb takes a bit of a toll on the performance)
P.S. The motherboard does not allow me to overclock the FSB.
Bottlenecking and performance degradation does not rlly bother me, i just need to know whether it will actually run or not.
It would run, but if the motherboard truly only supported an 800Mhz FSB, that would slow not only the FSB speed of the new processor, but the actual CPU speed as well since the two are linked. It would end up running at 1.8Ghz, which is what yours is running now, so you wouldn't really be gaining anything but some cache. However, I find it highly doubtful that your motherboard will support the E4300 and not support a 1066Mhz FSB. Send me the model number of your motherboard and I can check for sure.
