PERM Question - Alien Information
I'm EB3-I (04/04 PD). GC filed by my company A. When my GC was filed I was working on H1b. When my 485 was filed (July 2007), I also asked the EAD and at the same time I put on my second renewal time of H1b. My first EAD and H1 has come together. I stopped "using" the H1b and "live" in ADS. By the way, I mean I have couple of projects moonlight with my full-time employer GC. My first EAD has expired while I was working for the Company. Got EAD renewal (for 2 years). Then I went to B using my "EAD".Now, Company B filed my PERM (EB2 under) and I passed by the form PERM (ETA 9089), my lawyer filed. I found that in the Alien Information section (Part D) of the class of admission, it is mentioned as "H1B". What the middle class of admission? I last entered using Advanced Parol and the use of "EAD". And under I-94 my last issue I-94 is used, which was given to me when I entered using Advance Parole.
