dog-a-log-a-blog: The ride of your life!
Elza is now out of the extension cord and a harness, I think it's better than a necklace. Although I am working on losing the lead up to her, I think it's a little unrealistic when we came out with two other dogs not to pull its time. Like this morning, when a very stupid hare jumped right in front of Laika and Biba, not the hare equivalent of blowing a raspberry at them, so they were both about the gap in a flash. Elza course was also very happy if I have been huffing and puffing towed along the runway at the speed of light until we have taken with them.At least I know I can get back Biba and Laika, if Elza was off my head, I'd probably still looking for his business. I give him a little exercise off the lead on the way home when we are near the house as it seems less likely to take off then, preferring to rush to connect the battery to check up small rabbits. This week, I will just "low", "sit" and "stand" because I want to get these beautiful and strong. Elza is having some problems with the stand, I am lure, but she sometimes does a big "instead, so obviously my technique needs more work to clarify what I ask.Biba is very good, we're just polishing things with it. Laika is having to learn long as I get off and it appears by clicking to tick the box of cheese is still there, I can not fault his enthusiasm though! Laika will be four this year. I've had since she was six weeks. Its name means "barker" in Russian, which was a bit wrong because she decided to live up to it! Laika is very sensitive, she is wary of strangers, likes things the way she loves, and is likely to change. She loves her walks and is now starting to take over his training. She has a strong instinct and will shepherd tending sheep ages. Elza will be two years old this year. We got it for a year, we have repatriated after its former owners returned her to the breeder....
