Meeting Dali!: New Dali Museum Logo Remains Offensive
- David Carson, whose clients reportedly include Pepsi and Microsoft and Armani, among others - means little or nothing to those of us who know Dali. Clearly, Carson does not work. He may know a lot about soft drinks, computer companies and high-end clothing, but his embarrassment of a logo indicating that it has missed the boat by Dali, oh, a galaxy or two. Have been expended in this case. "We're stuck with it" is, I'm from Paris, the feeling of not an insignificant number of museum staff, but to admit it publicly could probably career suicide. And of course there's always the breeding his head.I can only start to imagine how many rolled eyes and shook hands in disbelief that a logo could be so bad given thumbs-up. What were they thinking! Reynolds Morse must be livid.
