Winter Ushanka
Hmm, I'm going to the 2 because it is expensive, but it is made from lamb leather and very expensive. European Leather is often never removed so it is perfect and warm ... I remember when I was a baby, I sat next to a leather jacket and in a minute I was hot.
I get the cheapest, because ultimately, if nature wants me to freeze to death, no dead animals will stop.

Could you get into trouble for wearing a Soviet Ushanka Hat in the winter?

I want to wear it when it gets cold during the winter to school to cover my ears so it dosent get frozen off.
Why not they keep your head warm and we won the war, so anyone say's anything just tell them you were given the hat by a Cold War Soldier as a spoil of war.
F--k em if they don't like it. I have tried to find a large enough US military pin to put on my Wilson's Suede and Leather version. The little ones get lost in the fur.

The Soviets were just 40 kliks away and outnumbered us 10 to 1 (armor). The tactical nukes in the bunkers 1000m from the barracks had a lot to do with why they did not cross into Germany and fell in 91. I hold no grudge against my former enemy.
